At Stellar Touch, we are committed to delivering a refined, relaxing, and professional wellness experience directly to your home. Our goal is to ensure each session is comfortable, respectful, and smooth for both our clients and our therapists. To help us maintain a high standard of service, please take a moment to review the policies below.


Therapist Delay Policy (For Us — Not You)


We value your time and do our best to ensure punctuality. However, in rare cases delays may occur due to traffic or operational reasons. If this happens:
We will notify you as soon as possible and keep you updated on the estimated arrival time.


The session duration will be honored and adjusted accordingly whenever feasible.
If the delay exceeds 20 minutes, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed, reschedule, or choose an alternative solution.
Your comfort and satisfaction remain our priority.


Cancellation Policy


We understand plans can change, and we kindly ask for your cooperation so we can manage schedules fairly for both clients and therapists.


Cancellations made at least 6 hours before the scheduled appointment — no charges apply.


Cancellations within 6 hours of the appointment time — will be charged 100% of the service fee.


No-show appointments (therapist arrives and client is unavailable or uncontactable) — are charged the full service amount.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us as early as possible to avoid charges and to allow us to offer the slot to another client.
